Grape Salad with Chavrie Goat Cheese

There’s nothing better than the sweet, juicy black and white grapes, toasty crunchy almonds, creamy goat cheese with celery stalk for garnish in this Grape Salad with Chavrie Goat Cheese. Add some peachy white balsamic or lemon juice and you're all set!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 C ea. Red and White grapes (split in half)
  • 1 ea. Celery Stalk (diced)
  • 1 pkg. Chavrie
  • 1/2 C Slivered Almonds
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Before refrigerating place in a decorative mold for serving. Then refrigerate and unmold the next day to enhance the presentation.
