Tzatziki with Chavrie Goat Cheese

Chavrie Pyramid Original Goat Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ea. Large English cucumber (peeled, diced 1/2 inch)
  • 1 pkg. Chavrie Goat Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. Mint, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Dill, chopped
  • 1 oz. Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Drain cucumbers for 10 minutes in a colander.
  2. Meanwhile combine all remaining ingredients.
  3. Fold in the drained cucumbers.
  4. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
  5. Serve with pita chips.
