Gnocchi with Chavrie® Goat Cheese

Cheese: Pyramids Original

Makes: 6


  • 2 ea. Baking potatoes
  • 2 ea. Egg yolks
  • 1 ea. Egg
  • 1 pkg. 5.3 oz. Chavrie® Pyramid
  • 2 -4 oz. all purpose flour
  • Pinch Nutmeg
  • Season with Salt and Pepper


  1. Bake the potatoes at 350°F until tender
  2. Split in half and scoop out the pulp
  3. Rice the pulp and mix with egg yolks, egg and Chavrie® mix well
  4. Incorporate the flour until a stiff dough is formed
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into the desired shapes. Roll over the tines of a fork
  6. Cook in boiling salted water
  7. Serve the gnocchi tossed with butter or olive oil and chopped parsley

Tips: Serve over your favorite tomato sauce
