Spicy Ginger & Lemon Grass Dipping Sauce with Chavrie® Goat Cheese

Cheese: Pyramids Original

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 stalk fresh lemongrass (pulverized)
  • 1 tsp. chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1 pkg. 5.3 oz. Chavrie® pyramid, original

Directions:

  1. Puree all ingredients in blender
  2. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and chill

Tips: Sauce can be made 24 hours in advance. You can also use a dressing for chilled noodles or Edamame salad
