This Caramelized Onion Chavrie Crouton soup has gorgeous flecks of caramelized onion and is lusciously velvety-textured without a drop of cream! Pair it with a big green salad for a meal that will completely satisfy.

Chavrie Pyramid Original Goat Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg. preferred onion soup mix
  • Any other ingredients listed on package
  • 4 french bread croutons
  • 1 pkg. (5.3 ounces) Original Chavrie Pyramid

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat broiler to high.
  2. Prepare onion soup as directed and keep warm.
  3. Spread Caramelized Onion Chavrie Pyramid evenly over croutons.
  4. Place prepared croutons under broiler until edges are brown and bubbly.
  5. Ladle onion soup into bowls and top with crouton to serve.
