Gnocchi with Chavrie Goat Cheese

These Gnocchi with Chavrie Goat Cheese are a great twist on a the Italian classic dish. Make them at home by following this quick and painless recipe. The fresh goat cheese adds a creaminess that is out of this world!


  • 2 ea. Baking potatoes
  • 2 ea. Egg yolks
  • 1 ea. Egg
  • 1 pkg. 5.3 oz. Chavrie Pyramid
  • 2 -4 oz. all purpose flour
  • Pinch Nutmeg
  • Season with Salt and Pepper


  1. Bake the potatoes at 350°F until tender.
  2. Split in half and scoop out the pulp.
  3. Rice the pulp and mix with egg yolks, egg and Chavrie mix well.
  4. Incorporate the flour until a stiff dough is formed.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into the desired shapes. Roll over the tines of a fork.
  6. Cook in boiling salted water.
  7. Serve the gnocchi tossed with butter or olive oil and chopped parsley.
