Spicy Ginger & Lemon Grass Dipping Sauce with Chavrie Goat Cheese

This thai-inspired spicy ginger & Lemongrass Dipping Sauce, made with Chavrie Goat Cheese has a sweet-and-savory tang that is not only great to dip sticky rice into, but also drizzled on grilled meats, lettuce wraps, and everything in between!


  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 stalk fresh lemongrass (pulverized)
  • 1 tsp. chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1 pkg. 5.3 oz. Chavrie pyramid, original


  1. Puree all ingredients in blender.
  2. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and chill.
