Raita with Chavrie Goat Cheese

This Raita with Chavrie Goat Cheese is a yogurt-based sauce or dip popular in Indian cooking. Its traditional used as a cooling agent in spicy Indian food. This is our twist on a classic sauce. You may use lamb or chicken!


  • 1 ea. Red Delicious apple
  • 1 pkg. Chavrie pyramid
  • 1tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tbsp. chopped mint
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to season


  1. Dice the apple into ¼ inch pieces.
  2. Mix with the remaining ingredients and chill.
